Het Caribbean Manatee Conservation Center is een alliantie opgericht in 2009 op het Caribische eiland Puerto Rico om zeekoeien te helpen en andere mariene dieren te overleven. Deze alliantie is opgericht tussen het niet-gouvernementele organisatie Caribbean Stranding Network en de Interamerican University of Puerto Rico om onderzoek, redding, revalidatie en gemeenschapsuitreikprogramma's te implementeren voor het behoud van het mariene leven.

De reikwijdte ervan is niet beperkt tot zeekoeien en Puerto Rico; Het werkt ook met dolfijnen, walvissen, afdichtingen, zeeschildpadden en pelikanen in het Caribisch gebied.

Deze werken worden uitgevoerd onder federale en Commonwealth of Puerto Rico-vergunningen, verleend door de US Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS), US Department of Agriculture, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (USDA-APHIS) en het Department of Natural and Environmental Resources of Puerto Rico.
