Leola by Scott Conant is an upscale Italian restaurant located at Baha Mar in Nassau, Bahamas, created by two-time James Beard Award-winning chef Scott Conant. The restaurant presents what it calls “approachably refined” Italian dining, combining classic Italian traditions with contemporary techniques, premium ingredients, and warm hospitality.

The menu features handmade pastas, fresh seafood, premium meats, creative antipasti, and elegant desserts. Signature selections include Pasta al Pomodoro, Jumbo Lump Crab Rigatoni, Duck & Foie Gras Ravioli, “100 Layer” Eggplant Parmigiana, Sea Bass, Osso Bucco, and a tableside Veal alla Parmigiana designed to serve four to six guests.

Leola’s sophisticated interior is inspired by a 1920s Italian speakeasy, featuring velvet furnishings, chandeliers, gilded details, and an extensive Old World wine selection.
