Santi, a Spaniard from Oviedo, has been living in the beautiful peninsula of Samaná for more than 30 years. He and his Dominican wife Suni are recommended by most guides for independent travelers (lonely planet, rough-guide, discovery channel guide, trotamundos, national geographic, routard, etc.…). As well as most of the small hotels in Las Terrenas.
Santi, in El Limón de Samaná, continues to resist working with large groups of tourists and mass tour operators.
