We do not provide transportation. You must cancel your reservation no less than 48 hours before the tour date check-in time. Any cancellation done after will NOT receive a refund!! For groups of 10 people or more you must cancel your reservation no less than 14 days before the tour date. If your group cancels the tour within 14 days of the tour date, you will NOT receive a refund. If you decide to change the date of your tour after the 48 hour cxl policy it will incur a $20 per person extra charge. This must be done at least 4hrs before the tour and does not apply to groups of 10 or more due to our limited spaces.

It gets a little wet! Bring comfortable clothing, swimsuit or trunks, plastic shoes (flip-flops or Crocs), a towel, and bug spray.

We don’t recommend bringing anything electronic that’s not waterproof.

Yes, there is. We offer a discount of $5 off per person for groups of 10 or more.(Does not apply in JUNE or JULY)
