Bahamian Cookin aka Kitchen is a small family owed
restaurant started by Ms. Mena Wallace better known as Grammy to the general public in 1986.

Nobody has as much grandchildren as her.

As a young lady growing up she learned how to cook
Bahamian Food from her grandmother and decided to share her talents with others by offering authentic Bahamian Food which she grew to know and love.

In 2007 her daughter Prudence joins the Bahamian Cookin family in the kitchen as she was also taught how to cook at a young age.
