Unsere Methode: In einem bahnbrechenden Ansatz zur Rumdestillation in Puerto Rico haben Pepe und Jose Roberto Alvarez die puertoricanischen Zuckerrohrsorten vor dem Aussterben gerettet, die nun in Charentais Single Batch French Copper Pot Stills angebaut, gemahlen, fermentiert und doppelt destilliert werden.
