Seit seiner Eröffnung im Jahr 2017 bringt Bàcaro das Herz der venezianischen Küche auf die Cayman-Inseln und verbindet den Charme Italiens mit der Wärme des Insellebens. Bàcaro wurde von Federico Destro und Barney Bako gegründet und entstand aus einer gemeinsamen Liebe zum Essen, Freundschaft und authentischer Gastfreundschaft.
